State of Readiness
Measurement does not wait for the thing it measures to be permitted.
Each year, the Imagining Cameroon Trust publishes the State of Readiness report: region by region, division by division, how prepared Cameroon is for the Trigger Year. It is built from Readiness Scorecard v0 returns — cooperatives registered and audited, community development plans validated, youths certified in digital and technical skills, land parcels documented by community consensus, diaspora partnerships formalised, readiness financing secured.
When T arrives, the baseline will not need to be constructed. It will already exist, with years of trend behind it.
The first annual report is in preparation. Communities can contribute now:
