The Imagining Cameroon Trust
Between publication and the Trigger Year stands an unglamorous risk: neglect. Data ages. Networks cool. Playbooks gather dust. The Trust exists to prevent exactly that. It is the covenant's keeper.
Mandate
- Maintain the blueprint as a living document, updating its data and worked examples as conditions change.
- Publish the annual State of Readiness report from Readiness Scorecard v0 returns.
- Certify Tier 1 community activations and administer the pre-trigger financing vehicles on a public ledger.
- Convene the diaspora and partner institutions.
- Hold the First 100 Days protocol in constant readiness.
Form and funding
A charitable trust with trustees drawn in balanced thirds from the diaspora, faith-based institutions and civil society — none serving in any government. Funded by voluntary contributions, never by any state source. Accounts independently audited and published on this page.
Sunset
The Trust is scaffolding, not architecture. Once the National Stewardship Board is operational and audited, the Trust transfers its registers, reports and assets to the NSB and dissolves. A custodian that outlives its purpose becomes a rival; this one is designed to hand over and stand down.
